President

Jessica Rao is Founder and President of Arc Marketing & Public Relations. She specializes in publicity, marketing communications and event management for financial companies and professional service firms. A creative writer, strategist and manager, Jessica is a commu-nications expert.

Jessica has written for the Wall Street Journal, In Town Westchester and Law Practice magazines. She also writes regularly for WomensBiz.US, an online magazine dedicated to female executives and business owners. Jessica is working on her first book, Big Breaks, which will profile fifty of the world’s most powerful women.
Currently, Vice President of the Public Relations Society of America Westchester-Fairfield Chapter, Jessica will be President-Elect in 2009.
Prior to founding Arc in 2007, Jessica worked for AXA Financial, Moody’s Investors Service and McGraw-Hill. Jessica received her MBA in Marketing and Finance from Fordham University and her BA in English from the State University of New York at Albany.
